Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy
Ozwin Casino is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial crime on its platform. This policy is maintained in compliance with the requirements of the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority licence and international AML standards.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
All players are required to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed. The KYC process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (Australian passport or driver's licence), proof of current residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and, where applicable, proof of payment method. Documents are reviewed by trained compliance staff and securely stored in accordance with our privacy policy.
Enhanced Due Diligence
Players who deposit or withdraw amounts above defined thresholds may be subject to enhanced due diligence (EDD), which may include requests for source of funds documentation. This is a regulatory requirement and is not a reflection of suspicion. EDD requests are handled confidentially and efficiently by our compliance team.
Transaction Monitoring
All transactions on Ozwin Casino are monitored by automated systems for patterns consistent with money laundering or fraudulent activity. Suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with our regulatory obligations. Accounts flagged for investigation may be suspended pending review, with access to funds held until the investigation is concluded.
Reporting Obligations
In accordance with our licence obligations, Ozwin Casino maintains records of all player transactions for a minimum of five years. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities upon receipt of a valid legal request. Players found to have engaged in money laundering or fraud will have their accounts permanently closed and relevant authorities notified.
